I thought upgrading would improve my experience, it did not. I then wanted to end my subscription. I looked on the website, and could not see a way to end the subscription. So, I sent an email to them asking for assistance. They wrote back "set the service to free." I looked again, no luck. I sent back a screenshot asking for more clarity on where to do this. Again, they simply replied, "set the service to free."
I design, develop, and deploy global systems for a major media company. If I cannot figure it out, it is far from user friendly. My next step is to call my credit card company to stop payment. This is not a company I recommend doing business with.
