Good idea. Bad implementation

Maybe lack an improvement on sketch board (the hand writing is not precise). However at moment is the best app for work notes and "to do" that i’ve buy (fantastic the Dashboard!)

I like the idea of this app but instructions are impossible to comprehend. After spending a few days reading and trying to figure it out, I simply gave up. A note to the manufacturers: Please develop an easy to understand written tutorial.

This is a superb app. It does exactly what it says it will do, and I now find it indispensable, although I have not tapped into all of its power. I would say, one annoying feature is the fact that the dashboard controls are not always on the screen, and that the way to bring them up is completely counterintuitive.

I have been using this about a months and a half now. Great for taking notes in meetings, you can assign ownership to tasks and then email the meeting minutes out immediately after the meeting. Lets everyone know what they need to do after the meeting is over. I use it everyday now, has helped me become more efficient and stay on top of things.

The only issue that is that I do not like the fact that the default date appears to be set for about a week away, I would like to change it to todays date. I searched the tutorials and the Q/A sections, but did not find the answer. I am waiting on an email from Beesy. Other than that I think the app is great. Even with that issue I will still rate it 5 stars. You have to be patience with it because it is a bit difficult to figure out at first. But once you figure it out it is awesome. The tutorials and Q/As are a great help.

I downloaded this a few months ago and just couldnt get the hang of it. I was looking for an app to bring together my meeting agendas and task lists. After trying some other options, I thought Id try it again. It freezes up quite a bit and requires me to close and reopen (not good in a meeting) and is not very intuitive. I also didnt like having to manually add contacts to the app. Id prefer it recognize the meeting attendees from the calendar and let me add them from there. The concept is great but it still needs some refining.

I have been using this app for a couple weeks and I use it all day, everyday. I am an outside sales rep that needs to take good notes, create follow-ups and send in call reports. This app does them all. I have tried many other CRM apps that have so many features that they become too cumbersome and confusing. Betsy has really simplified my workload. The only issue that I have is their tutorials are subpar.

Bought this a while back, played with it a while, then set it aside as i found it hard to grasp and use easily in meetings. Found the tutorials and other help to be of little help to me. Tried several other apps but kept coming back to Beesy as it promised everything i needed. After a while it just clicked and i got one of those "holy sh$t this is awesome". Totally organized my work from projects to meetings to tasks. Recommend all try it and stick with it - you will be repaid in spades with an organized work flow.

Is the most complicated app i have had, i dont usually write comment but i got fooled by the 5 stars

I use BeesyApp daily for managing 15 software projects and 10 people. The power of BeesyApp is in its ability to help you organize yourself and others by keeping track of multiple threads of information crosslinked with people, projects and meetings. The calendar integration is superb as well as the Kanban dashboard. My absolute favorite iPad app for productivity. I could not do my job as effectively without BeesyApp!

I thought this is the answer to my needs, but I found the app complicated and confusing even after reading the lengthy help nots. Yes, and the app crashed several times !!!

Ive been using this for over a year and I give it 5 stars because its better than all the others Ive tried. I use it on a weekly basis and I have hundreds of notes and dozens of projects. I learn something new all the time so there is a bit of a learning curve, much more so than with most apps. I am still not sure I am using it exactly right as I struggle from time to time and have to spend time fixing things that I didnt start our on the right track with. Sometimes I can spend too much time trying to find something within a note or project but it likely my own organizational shortcomings. Reporting is a bit limited but as I just learned, you can export the data to a spreadsheet and build a custom report if you need more that the app provides.

No, its not simple, but if you devote some time to it, Beesy is as close to a GREAT productivity tool as I have ever seen. (And I try them all....before retreating back to my usual notebook-and-pen solution.) I spent most of a cross country flight learning it. Good sign -- it was fun to gain some mastery over the functionality. Bad sign -- like Word, you could do without half the features and it would be even better. I do love the ability to send emails with team assignments. I have not yet been able to sync to "Reminders," which is essential in order to make this app multi-platform and more spontaneous. Online FAQs a bit opaque.

I like this app, and I use it a lot. Its not the most intuitive, but its great for taking notes during a meeting (and setting an agenda before i walk in) and it helps me be more organized with my note taking. Ever since the last update, though, it crashes every time I use it, and this has been a big problem. Please fix the bugs and Ill update my review!

Even better with new web sync just needs a great iphone viewer to TODOs for just me or better all todo lists view and checked complete and sync back to web and Beesy ipad app

This is a great tool for anyone who needs a turnkey application for tracking activities in a project management environment

Beesy is an amazing application. Probably the most useful app from a productivity standpoint. I have tried many others that had always fallen short in one particular area, but Beesy does it all. Not only does it manage Tasks/To Dos well, you are also able to manage Projects and Resources. The ability to attach multiple file types and produce professionally formatted meeting notes that are ready to send out, elevates this app far and above the others. The support team is extremely responsive and takes great pride in producing and supporting a first rate product. Thanks Beesy!
