Beesy App Reviews

I am new to this, only using it a couple days, but I really like it so far. Nice way to simply organize tasks and notes relative to goals, projects, and people. I say "simply": there is a learning curve right at first, but also a lot of insightful help (the English isnt perfect, but its good enough), so that isnt ultimately a negative. Small, thoughtful challenge to learn, easy to use. I hope they have a synched iPhone version soon--I will definitely need that if I continue to like and use this. (I have not connected this to the online version--some reviews report problems there, but I am not trying that now since (1) I do not [yet] need it, and (2) it is based on a monthly subscription model beyond a very simple level of use.)

I bought it mainly to use it with Livescribe 3 smartpen, i thought it would be better than the native Livescribe+ App. Unfortunately it is much worst. At least in Livescribe+ App i can see what I am writing, but Beesy can not recognize what i am writing an Livescribe dot paper except 3 lines then it stopped working and kept loosing the connection with the smart-pen. I would go back to the native App or even the NoteShelf App.

Run my own business and manage about 30 different projects. Spend a lot of time organizing the notes I jot down throughout the day and during meetings. Saves so much time and the ability to use my live scribe is amazing!!! Tried all the other live scribe apps...this one gets its.

This app has some potential but the support is so unreliable as to make the app unusable. To echo other reviewers, I wish I could get my money back. Bottom line, dont waste your time.

Not being able to sync to sources other than theirs is a real draw back. If I could sync to drop box or another service not controlled by beesy this app would be my goto app.

I thought upgrading would improve my experience, it did not. I then wanted to end my subscription. I looked on the website, and could not see a way to end the subscription. So, I sent an email to them asking for assistance. They wrote back "set the service to free." I looked again, no luck. I sent back a screenshot asking for more clarity on where to do this. Again, they simply replied, "set the service to free." I design, develop, and deploy global systems for a major media company. If I cannot figure it out, it is far from user friendly. My next step is to call my credit card company to stop payment. This is not a company I recommend doing business with.

Please update app so it works with the new iPad Pro full screen mode. Great app other than that.

I believe this app has potential, but it is extremely difficult to figure out how to use the features. The online help comprehensive, but it is a lot of words that tell you nothing. The Online videos go through the features at lightening speed...cant seem to go from added a task to organize a meeting to creating meeting minutes...the concept is great just wish I could figure out how to use it. Be prepared for large learning curve!

I do find this to be the most helpful organizational app I have found. It takes a little while tonged used to its set up but once you do it is very helpful. Several of my colleagues have started using it based on watching me

Really helps you use your time much more efficient. Worth it big time!!!
